I began to look into it after I got my septum done, too. Perhaps talk to your drill and see if you can give some advice? You do not know if all do the drill, but mine is a certificate on the wall have had, it is justified to "Outpatient surgery, fear me a little when I ve" 'times. So, you can have up to a certain type of medical training and the actual piercing.
It seems that the age limit is 18, but I could not know for sure.
